I was with a client this week and I saw this great idea that I just had to pass along.  I know that a lot of people use the plastic grocery bags to line their small trash bags in their bathrooms.  Here is a great solution to repurpose those Kleenex boxes and the plastic grocery bags that we all tend to accumulate.  Put the bags in the Kleenex box and store them under your counter or in a storage area in your bathroom!  Wow, what a great solution for both items.
